If this sounds like you, apply now!Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor sales pipelineReview options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicant’s financial statusCollect financial information in order to prepare the loan file, assist applicants with loan applications, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibilityAssisting the Team Lead with tracking referrals and taking 100% complete and accurate mortgage applications.Qualifications:Previous experience in financial services, real estate, lending institutions, credit union, or related fields is valuable, but not requiredKnowledge of guidelines for loan programs and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is an asset, but not requiredBe a licensed Mortgage Originator already.Must understand Encompass.
