Pre-Construction Coordinator

Preload is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator in this new role in our growing Estimating group. The Preconstruction Coordinator will be primarily responsible working on RFQs for Estimating and other administrative duties within the department. Pay is in the $55K to $65K range, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for completing pricing references for project bidding in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly estimating pricing lists
• Research, develop, and maintain industry contacts with potential customers
• Perform research with limited input that would include paper and electronic files, databases, and the internet
• Correspondence (by phone and email) to multiple vendors
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Construction pricing experience is a plus
• Confident in calling and emailing vendors regularly
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
