Key Responsibilities :

Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the primary Occupational Therapist.

Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create and adjust programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and capabilities.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective techniques and skills to support ongoing therapy and recovery goals.

Conduct thorough evaluations to gather essential data, develop treatment plans, and set measurable short- and long-term goals for each resident.

What You Bring :

Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR / L certification required).

A commitment to excellence in care delivery and the ability to inspire confidence in patients and their families.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
