This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring compliance with established standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care and practice.
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing services to residents, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate care practices and compliance with regulations.
- Provide leadership in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Proven supervisory experience in long-term care settings.
