Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling Automotive Paint and products, assisting customers with their technical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services - Call customers daily in the morning and afternoon
- Conduct product demonstrations and knowledge about our products
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Shipping and receiving merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but willing to train
- (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of car paint and products to help small shops
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Make deliveries and visits to bodyshops - Shipping and receiving merchandise
