The candidate will direct company calls and complete basic clerical tasks as well as establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients and visitors. This position will be Full-Time at 30 hours until business operations return to normal.

Position Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls expediently, courteously, and efficiently
- Open, sort and distribute all U.S. Mail
- Prepares all outgoing mail
- Greets incoming clients and other visitors and notifies receiving parties of their presence
- Sign for and log in all overnight mail
- Log and track all incoming client checks
- Other duties as assigned
