Our licensed childcare centers are seeking an energetic Quality Support Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our programs. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s AND 3 years of previous management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on education and experience
Travel:
This role will require at least 85% travel across our network of childcare centers, with the remaining time spent working remotely.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Interim Center Director
- Oversee the day-to-day center operations in line with our early childhood philosophy and best practice standards.
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records and files related to assigned activities and personnel; compose and distribute correspondence.
- Be a sales advocate for the center and successfully drive and grow enrollment by focusing on new enrollments, tours, marketing, and community engagement.
- Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities.
- Assist in implementing policies, procedures, rules, regulations, programs, and activities designed to develop assigned programs and services.
- Knowledge of what questions to ask the business to develop a deep understanding of center operations and unearth the most important aspects of a job that enables you to effectively train operations staff.
- Function as a trusted advisor and partner to the business while collaborating closely with the Regional Directors to develop and implement training for all childcare facilities.
- Interpret, apply, and explain applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
