Industrial Security Support, Security Analyst III

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Industrial Security Support. Security Analyst III to provide support to the Director for Defense Intelligence Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and Security (DDI CL&S) office.

Location: Arlington, VA

Tasks Will Include

• Participate in the development, review, and coordination of all policy issuances for industrial security and review pertinent policy documents from others for industrial security equities.
• Provide support for review of industrial security letters about national level industrial security related issues affecting DoD, non-DoD, and the defense industrial base.
• Participate in meetings unique to the cleared defense industrial base such as the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC) and other quarterly working group meetings.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all industrial security related inquiries and issues.
• Develop, review, and coordinate industrial security policy issuances and review relevant policy documents for industrial security equities.
• Support the review of industrial security letters addressing national level issues impacting DoD, non-DoD, and the defense industrial base.
• Participate in key defense industrial base forums, such as the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC) and other quarterly working group meetings.
  
  

Required Skill/Experience

• Five (5) years extensive directly relevant experience working of experience working with DoD security requirements or Federal Government Executive Agencies, including policy analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and coordination; knowledge of national security, intelligence and Cl methods and procedures to develop and inform the development of security policy on issues not limited to but including Controlled Unclassified Information, Foreign Disclosure, management of classified national security information, Restricted Data and Formerly Restricted Data, Sensitive Compartmented Information, Special Access Programs; the National Industrial Security Program, declassification, and records management;
• One (1) year of experience developing briefing materials and presenting to peers and senior leadership in areas including policy, strategy, oversight functions, capability.
• Two (2) years of experience supporting senior DoD or officials as a staff and/or action officer.
• Two (2) year staff officer experience conducting research and analysis of DoD policy/guidance documents and legal decisions.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
