Premier Health is the region’s largest primary care based, multi-specialty medical group providing our communities with excellent patient care at multiple locations throughout Sussex, Warren and Morris Counties in NJ and in Pike County, PA.
We are looking for motivated individuals that are eager to utilize their education and experience in an expanding medical practice. Premier Health Associates offers a paid comprehensive training program.
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors at the front desk.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems.
- Integral part of the billing process, utilizing EHR systems.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including indexing and data entry, to maintain an organized office environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
Requirements for the positions include:
- 2 year degree and or equivalent medical experience preferred
- Ability to handle financial transactions
- Flexible to work 1 evening per week (normally coming in 12 or 1pm)
- Coverage for a Saturday (with weekday time off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
