What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Premier Hearing and Balance?
Part Time Front Desk Receptionist in a private practice audiology clinic with focus on personalized patient care. This position is for 2-3 days per week and has the potential to develop into a full time position. The full time position would require the applicant to develop skills as an Audiology Assistant, learning how to clean and troubleshoot hearing aids.
Primary responsibilities include greeting patients as they arrive and checking them out as leave, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Experience in reception is preferred.
Customer service is of the utmost importance in our office. Team work ability is essential in creating the best experience for all patients and employees. Applicants should expect to be welcoming and friendly and should expect the same from the patients and co-workers. Looking for someone who is motivated to take on more responsibility as they gain experience.
