Acquisitions Specialist

Premier Investment Solutions  is seeking a driven Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will find discounted properties on the MLS, write and negotiate offers using your strong negotiation skills , and conduct market research to identify the best opportunities. Building rapport with agents, wholesalers, and other investors will be essential, as will your ability to assist with getting the transaction to the finish line.

Responsibilities :

• Source and identify discounted properties on the MLS.
• Write and negotiate offers effectively, utilizing your negotiation skills .
• Conduct thorough market research to inform acquisition strategies.
• Analyze deals and uncover potential in properties post-rehab using your analytical skills .
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, wholesalers, and investors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Monitor and update the CRM notes & database with conversation notes and results.

Qualifications :

• Active Real Estate License and MLS access.
• Proven experience in real estate negotiations and sales.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and see potential in property deals.
• Excellent people skills and a go-getter mentality.
• A commitment to going the extra mile to close the deal.

Compensation :

• Expected first year earnings to be $100,000
