- Summary of the main* function/purpose of the position: *The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas in each tower floors P, 1, 2, 3, 4 and pool deck.

Key Principal duties/responsibilities (5-8):*
- Tower parking deck cleaning
- Occasional parking garage cleaning
- Pool area and pool restroom cleaning
- Grounds cleaning
- Maintain cleaning carts

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:*
- Unloading trucks
- Moving material
- Storm preparation
- Other duties as assigned by the management

Records: None.
Safety: Perform all assigned tasks safely.
Customer Service: Assist customers with any questions/requests.
Dept. Specific: Common area cleaning.

High school diploma required.

Specialized or technical educational requirements:*
- General cleaning skill

Certification or licensing requirements:*
Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Floor machine, and basic cleaning equipment.

VII. Physical demands:*
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee will be required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift to 50 lb.
