Job Summary
The Project Plan Take-Off Analyst is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure to ensure estimators have all the information required to submit an accurate and successful bid.
Essential Duties
Technical
- Analyze blueprints and plan specifications
- Count Light Fixtures.
- Create/Prepare Excel bid documents for pricing by senior estimating staff
- Ensure data remains current and up-to-date
Customer Service
- Maintain strong communications with project managers, project coordinators, estimating staff, sales staff and owners
- Communicate workload status as necessary to owners and sales staff
Education and Experience
- Experience with take-off software not required; training available; prior PlanSwift experience a strong plus
- Ability to read and understand project blueprints and job specifications a plus; training available
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office Programs
- High School Diploma required
