- Will be performing as a laborer
- Will be required to lift 100 pounds routinely
- Use a large vacuum hose, awkward and heavy 50 pounds
- Sweep/clean-up vigorously throughout the day
- Is a strenuous job physically
- Will be working 10 or 12 hour shifts, 4 days per week with some overtime when necessary (scheduled and at short notice) but must be available for all shifts, all days including weekends and holidays
- Can be in confined spaces with less than desirable environments i.e. hot, cold, wet, dusty conditions
- Generally hot environment
- Working in the elements cold, rain, wind, heat
- Can be in awkward positions, lifting and carrying heavy objects
