Seeking EXPERIENCED Board Certified Nurse Practitioners to join our staff family.
We are in search of an individual to provide the highest quality medical care in a patient-centered urgent care environment. The right candidate must display a positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude, and be able to care for and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of our staff.
Job Details:
Hours: M-F, 8 AM – 6 PM;
Base Pay: Commensurate with Experience
Malpractice insurance: provided

Qualifications:
· Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program of study
· Licensed Nurse Practitioner in accordance with the state of Florida
2 years of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
· Current DEA registration
· BLS certification
· Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA and blood-borne pathogens, and others
Responsibilities:
· Assess and perform complete and thorough evaluations of patients presenting with both urgent and non-urgent issues.
· Be comfortable seeing patients ages 18 months and up.
Wound Care Certification a Plus
· Must be able to work independently as sole provider on duty.
· Able to confidently perform first read on x-rays and EKG’s.
· Possess the necessary skills to perform treatment procedures, include suturing, debridement of wounds, removal of simple foreign bodies, incision and drainage, etc.
· Explain procedures and discuss test results and prescribed treatments with patients.
