What are the responsibilities and job description for the MED-SPA RECEPTIONIST position at Premier Medical?

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist with exceptional customer service abilities to add to our team. We're looking for someone who possesses core traits such as empathy, emotional intelligence, and a sunny, outgoing disposition. Versatility, willingness to learn, exceptional teamwork and successfully managing multiple tasks round out our perfect teammate. In addition to core skills such as:
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Scheduling Appointments.
- Patient check-in and check-out.
- Accurately book, change, and cancel patient appointments.
- Look up Reward Program Points/ Sign Up New Clients prior to check out.
- Utilize computers with skill and proficiency. Nextech
- Assist with treatment room turnover/ set up when needed.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
- Work with Manager to handle all inventory accurately.
- Handle patient’s questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Properly open and close each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
