State of the art facilities in need of a qualified Front Office Coordinator specializing in Health Care.
The job will be at our Ashland clinic.
The Front Office Coordinator administers support to physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist; does not perform physical therapy but is a major support to the therapists. Performs duties assigned by supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling, obtaining information and data input on all patients.
Verifying and maintaining approval of all types of insurances.
Tracking and confirming patient appointments.
Determine patient's need for service and communicate to Physical Therapists .
Carries out assignments given by the supervisor.
Reports any problem areas/equipment within each facility to supervisor.
Maintains appropriate and accurate records on all patients to stay within regulations as an Outpatient Rehab Facility as well as follow HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications :
Prior experience doing front office work in a healthcare setting preferred.
Must be able to multi-task and complete work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a face-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Salary:
Starts at $12.00/hour
