Premier Pool Service – Pool Cleaning Service Manager

Premier Pool Service - The nation's fastest-growing swimming pool service company has an opportunity for immediate employment for a Pool Cleaning Service Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for several hundred openings and closings each season and will assist in building the pool service business. The Service Manager will also be responsible for overseeing Pool Technicians who are responsible for all aspects of water chemistry, pool circulation, filtration, cleaning, and minor equipment repairs.

Qualified candidates must be self-starters and able to multi-task. Candidates must also have organization and communication skills.

Tasks

· Responsible for several hundred pool openings/closings each season

· Obtain water readings and adjust water chemistry from given instructions

· Inspect all equipment and verify proper functionality, make minor repairs when necessary

· Brush walls and floors of pool and spa; Net and remove all unwanted objects from pool and spa

· Use our custom smartphone app. to communicate all services performed and any special notes

· Perform basic mechanical skills (i.e. use screwdrivers, disassemble pool cleaners, etc.)

· Ensure each property is left in spotless condition (no debris left, all gates closed and locked, etc.)

· Professionally represent the company. Always respect the customer and their property

Ideal candidates should be dependable, hard-working, in good physical health, and able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and background check are required. If you are looking for an excellent career and steady work, please apply!

Required license or certification:

· Driver's License

· CPO is preferred, but not necessary

· Prior experience is required.

Salary is based on experience

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
