Company Overview : Premier PV (PPV) is focused on providing complete eBOS solutions to the renewable energy sector with a strong focus on utility scale, solar projects and other renewable energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs.
- Maintain security by following procedures and issuing badges and visitor packages.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Book and approve meeting rooms and requests.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track and manage new hire equipment.
- Check and distribute mail; Create and ship USPS, UPS / FedEx shipments including FedEx freight
- Maintain conference room calendars
- Order food / catering when needed and support setup / cleanup
- Maintain kitchen and office supplies; order and stock items; maintain front / reception area tidiness
- All other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience.
- High School diploma or specialized training and / or certification.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
