Your New Role:

In this role, you’ll be the right hand of our NC Lead and field supervisors, diving deep into the nitty-gritty of HVAC installations for commercial and residential projects. You’ll be:

• Assisting with rough-ins, trims, and start-ups.
• Gathering and managing tools, ensuring everything’s in place for each job.
• Learning the ropes of HVAC systems—from drilling and wiring to venting fireplaces and garage heaters.
• Getting your hands dirty while keeping the job site clean and organized.
• Building relationships with clients, vendors, and your team.

• Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
  • Background in construction or a service field
• Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements:
  • Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any mechanical-based degree or technical program
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • ServiceTitan experience
• Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
  • Potential exposure to chemicals and on-call work as needed
