Pay range is $26.63 to $38.43 depending on skills, abilities and experience.

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Family education.
- Facility in services and education.
- Attend care planning conferences.
- Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
