Premier Wealth is searching for a Client Services Specialist to provide administrative support to the advisor, interface with clients and maintain operation efficiency with paperwork and software programs. The ideal candidate will have a service-focused nature, be extremely detail-oriented, and possess sophisticated communication skills. This position will work on-site in our Lynnwood, WA office.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Specialist:
- Answer phone and handle all client service issues.
- Maintain client contact records and files, including copies of all signed applications and forms, according to Commonwealth’s Compliance requirements.
- Maintain updated client contact records using CRM system.
- Schedule and prepare for client and wholesaler meetings.
- Regularly review Commonwealth news items, technology updates, and e-mail communications; report pertinent information back to advisor.
- Anticipate advisor needs and handle them proactively.
- Make suggestions to systematize and improve office functions.
- Track all business, handle paperwork and generate reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to build client relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding transactions with Commonwealth and use Commonwealth’s services, such as COMMunity Link®.
- Track and order all supplies.
- Draft letters and send mass emails and mailings.
What the successful Client Service Specialist will have:
- BA or BS or equivalent experience required.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Two years of experience in financial services a plus.
- A self-starter who can work independently and differentiate between matters that should be handled alone versus those that require advisor assistance.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- A conscientious nature and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to fill out forms and follow directions exactly.
- Sophisticated communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Word and Excel, Adobe, and CRM systems.
- Proofreading (or quality assurance) skills.
Compensation Range
- $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
