We're seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Premier Wireless team. As a Wireless Retail Sales/Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and strengthens the UScellular brand
• Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales performance goals using prescribed selling methods
• Manage store inventory, appearance, and work schedules within established budgets
• Train, develop, and coach employees to achieve individual and team goals

Compensation:

• Hourly commission ($17 - $20)
• Bonus (up to $1,100 monthly)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 12-18 months of experience and/or training in the cellular sales industry
• Sales associate and/or assistant store manager experience at Premier Wireless preferred
