What the job looks like:
- Connect with clients to find solutions to their problems
- Build client relationships
- Train customers on their systems
- Recommend needed or helpful upgrades to clients existing systems
- Test systems for proper functioning
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience
- Superior computer skills in both Apple and Windows environments
- Superior troubleshooting skills
- Competent networking skills
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Savant/Crestron/Lutron Programming
- Creative, Solution-oriented, Positive, Focused
