Position Summary

Presbyterian Ear Institute (PEI) is seeking a talented and enthusiastic audiologist to join our team! The right person will want to do a little bit of everything, fully embrace diagnostics, fit hearing aids, program CIs, do ABRs, work with both children and adults, and have an interest in supporting the community through non-profit work. PEI is a 501c3 non-profit organization that includes an Oral School, Speech and Audiology clinic that has been helping people with hearing loss statewide for over 30 years. Our mission is to assist people with hearing loss to better listen and speak and integrate in mainstream society.

Salary is DOE

Essential Functions

- Administer diagnostic hearing tests and audiological evaluations/assessments

- Experienced in fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and/or other listening devices and accessories (adult and older children)

- Maintain timely and accurate patient records by completing chart notes, recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments.

- Other services you may provide:

o Implantable Services (Cochlear Implant, Baha, Ponto)

o Public outreach and marketing, including community events, health fairs, and other events.

Requirements

- An active New Mexico Audiology license upon date of hire

- Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Audiology

- Must work well in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative environment
