This Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30pm, with some weekends and rotating on call responsibilities.

We need a Full Time Maintenance Tech III - HVAC with strong customer service skills who are comfortable working independently in an environment with an emphasis on hospitality. Successful candidates should have the ability to multi-task in performing minor and routine maintenance and repair work. The role requires team members to be accountable for the safe operation and maintenance of the building's HVAC systems and equipment.

OurMaintenance Tech III - HVAC Are Required To
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two Years' experience as an HVAC working in a healthcare or a commercial building environment preferred.
- EPA 608 Certification required.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, residents' families, and team members.
- Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system.
