The RN Neighborhood Manager is responsible for ensuring quality care and services for skilled nursing residents.The role will assume responsibility for healthcare delivery and is supervisory, with oversight of both professional and non-professional team members in all skilled nursing neighborhoods.

We needteam memberswho will help our residents by supporting their daily living needs and developing trusting, caring relationships. Successful candidates for this roleare required to:
- Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license fromthe State of PA, in good standing;
- Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long term care experience is preferred;
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation;
- Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members;
- Have working knowledge of Internet Software, Medical Records Software, and Word Processing Software;
- Maintain CPR Certification per policy;
