Job Description

 Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Intelligence Management Specialist- Administration to support a federal government client.

Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Requirements

Description:

• Conducts various office operational support functions, including task management, information management, travel, security, document and report preparation, procurement of supplies and equipment, property accountability, and other related duties.
• Prepares and coordinate and manage daily J21 assigned task actions, reports, and briefings. Will review documents for accuracy and responds to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting.
• Conducts appropriate staff officer functions to collect, compile, and coordinate CCMD information to support the J2, Deputy J2 (DJ2), and the Chief of Staff (J2 COS). Will prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports, travel orders, official correspondence, and other appropriate documents supporting the J2, DJ2, and J2 COS.

Desired Experience:

• 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
