Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• Must have at least twelve years of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer OR a bachelor’s degree and completion of a foundational targeting course including: Joint CI-HUMINT Analytical Targeting Course (JCHATC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)/HUMINT Targeting Tradecraft Seminar (HTTS), or other Intelligence Community (IC) Targeting Officer certification.
• Must have a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in one or more areas: China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Must have experience using multiple intelligence disciplines in the planning and execution of analytic support to counterintelligence activities.
• Experience supporting joint/interagency operations is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a high-operational-tempo environment.

Desired education:

• High School Diploma- 30 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 24 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 22 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

• Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.
