Job Overview: 

Warehouse & Shipping manager will oversee and independently run all aspects of our Asheville warehouse operations. You will be crucial in ensuring we are able to maximize our growth in the USA by making sure supply meets demand, retaining the company's agility when it comes to customer fulfilment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order fulfilment - fulfilling orders on Shopify including picking, packing and dispatch, leasing with retail customers and consumers, and managing daily UK shipping and processing correspondence, Cin7 B2B picking and packing. 
• Warehouse Management: invoicing, overseeing stocktakes, ordering packing and supplies. 
• Inspecting goods for damage or faults before they are packed
• Pick, Pack and Dispatch online and wholesale orders
• Tracking, receiving and organizing bulk shipments of Pressio products from our overseas manufacturers
• Pick, pack and ship using Pressio’s inventory software systems
• Organize product for local printing production
• Operating printing and heat press equipment as needed for customized orders
• Completing paperwork and entering data relevant to orders
• Ensuring that pick face areas are kept fully stocked at all times
• Ready product for events 
• Attend and help set up and pack down at events
• Handle returns and basic customer service enquiries
• Heat Transfer Application for our events.
• Managing stock in warehouse - Stock takes / adjustments
• Dealing with SOR stock (checking items, relabelling items and repackaging)
• Dealing with samples each season
• Managing orders on retail customers portals
• Daily management of emails and telephone calls

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a comparable role is desirable but not essential.
• Willing to work in a multi-task environment as part of a small but growing team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Able to move and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Basic MS Excel Skills. Additional computer skills are a plus.
