What you'll do?
- You'll be responsible for all aspects of operations and training for the Car Wash.
- You'll drive to make sure we are offering the Prestige level of Customer Service in every Customer Interaction while maximizing efficiency.
- You'll promote a safe, clean and positive work environment, enforcing all federal, state and company safety policies and standards.
- You'll be managing the budget for all related materials, products and equipment including repair/replacement of equipment.
What you'll need to bring?
- A minimum of 2-3 years in customer service-related Management is required.
- The ability to be a leader and a manager. Always mentoring the next generation of leaders!
- Problem Solving and decision-making skills
- Good Communication!
- Good Time Management Skills!
- Basic Mechanical Skills and Computer Skills
- The ability to lift, push or carry more than 50lbs.
- A valid Driver's License
Things you need to know!
- You may be exposed to loud noises, wet and humid conditions (not related to weather).
- You may be exposed to outside weather conditions, severe cold, and/or hot and humid conditions.
- You'll be working continuously with moving mechanical parts.
- You may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and or chemicals.
- The Schedule is usually an 8 to10 hour shift with the ability to work weekends as needed.
