**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess a diverse skill set, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a contracted position with an opportunity of transition to employee status. Post initial probationary clearance the Marketing Strategist will be placed on a metric driven bonus and commision based structure. The ideal candidate will maximize the assigned office hours to utilize resources within and remain available for marketing calls along with virtual/on-site meetings as assigned.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation

- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

- Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and campaign performance

- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

- Execute email campaigns and analyze results using marketing automation tools

- Collaborate with the team to create and optimize E-commerce initiatives

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Assist in budgeting and monitoring marketing expenses

- Create compelling copy for various marketing channels

- Coordinate print advertising campaigns

- Update Administrative Portal with updates

- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

- Degree/Study in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media marketing, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Knowledge of HTML5, E-commerce platforms, and marketing automation tools

- Experience with analytics to measure campaign effectiveness

- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with budgeting processes in a marketing context

- Strong communication skills
