Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Technician to operate dietary supplements and food process equipment in a laboratory setting.
The ideal candidate will assist in product development, maintain equipment, and ensure the lab environment is safe, organized, and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
This role requires technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver complex application samples for clients using our CLASS sampling system and independently operate standard equipment/procedures to the required level.
Test samples for performance and stability, adhering to delivery due dates and applying good laboratory practices.
Identify technical problems in application samples, tests, processes, and test solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized workbench as per best practices, optimizing the personal collection of raw materials.
Ensure the collection of raw materials remains fresh and remove expired items while maintaining an up-to-date collection of fragrance oils for the perfumer's oil library.
Work with a team spirit mindset and support colleagues during high workload situations.

Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with short project deadlines.
Previous experience in a perfumery or FMCG company is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred (but not mandatory): Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a concentration of Science, along with a minimum of 3 years of practical laboratory experience.
