What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse for DDD position at Prestige Home Care?
Looking for a passionate and compassionate RN to a ssumes responsibility for individual medical case management of agency clients, on a case-by-case basis. Responsible for ensuring the quality of medical care provided meets DDD and Agency standards while working cooperatively with the CBS agency administrative staff
Responsibilities;
- Monitors the health of the individuals through review of Professional Medical Reports.
- Assesses the educational needs of the staff and conducts or arranges for appropriate in-service training programs.
- Advocates in the best interest of the clients at all times, acting as a medical liaison between staff and hospital / medical professionals when necessary.
- Maintains the confidentiality, security and integrity for the management of client information according to agency and DDD policies
- Communicates and collaborates with other team members and community agencies in planning, implementing and coordination and evaluating all services necessary to insure comprehensive care.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Director of Residential Services and / or the Executive Director.
