Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for Front Desk Staff, based in Conway, NH. The Front Desk Staff will perform receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling inquiries. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, handling payment transactions, and answering phone calls. The role requires efficient communication with guests and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
