We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketer / Outbound Call Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, a passion for achieving goals, and be bilingual (Spanish/English).
As a Telemarketer / Outbound Call Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in our trucking insurance services as they approach their insurance renewal, and drumming up new business for the agency. You will also have the opportunity for monthly bonuses dependent on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our trucking insurance services.
- Collaborate with our Sales Agents to give them the leads you bring in.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain records of customer details and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed call quotas and sales goals and targets.
- Respond to customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide information in a professional manner.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to enhance performance.

Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed performance targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
