Prestige-Ledroit Distributing Company (PLDC) is a Mid-Atlantic wholesaler of fine wines, craft beer and spirits, operating in DC, DE and MD. We service bars, restaurants, sports and entertainment venues, grocery stores and wine and spirit shops in the tri-market area.
Our warehouse team is responsible for pulling and organizing orders to be delivered to our customers. Additionally they are responsible for maintaining the warehouse in an organized and accurate manner.
PLDC offers it’s warehouse team members a starting rate of $22.00/hr.

- Pick, pack and prep orders to be shipped
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Count and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Upon safety certification, operate warehouse equipment- this includes stock pickers, pallet jacks, electric jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to scheduled hours
- Communicate inventory inaccuracies to supervisor or Team Leads
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to:
- Repeatedly lift cases up to 60lbs
- Stack cases on wheeled hand truck and pallets
- Become safety certified to operate stock pickers
- Reaching, standing, squatting and bending a considerable portion of the shift
- Strict adherence to rules regarding safety equipment
- Work assigned schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, nights and occasionally weekends
