Prestige MedSpa is a beautiful, newly established, and rapidly expanding holistic medical spa committed to providing exceptional care and transformative experiences for our clients. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team.
This unique role offers the opportunity to contribute to both clinical care and front desk operations. You will support our medical staff with clinical duties such as patient assessments, preparing treatment areas, and assisting during procedures. Additionally, you'll help manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintaining office organization.
As a key team member, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with social media and marketing initiatives, helping to expand our MedSpa's reach and promote our holistic services to a broader audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Medical Assistant license or certification required
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant
- Experience with laser and aesthetic treatments a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, organized environment
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about holistic wellness and patient care
Primary responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Practitioner with various treatments, including microdermabrasion, Dermafuse, BodyTone, and some laser and aesthetic treatments as needed
- Help with client consultations, monitoring progress, and supporting patients through the weight loss program
- Cover front desk duties, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and managing patient inquiries
- Support social media management and marketing efforts to promote services and enhance brand visibility
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the medspa, providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
