Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join one of our best clients. This is an on-site position and requires consistent in-person presence during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy and culturally responsive counseling in individual, group, and family settings.

• Offer addiction counseling, supportive care, and crisis intervention as needed.

• Design and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment pathways for chronic and behavioral health conditions.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated behavioral health services.

• Conduct patient consultations, offer provider feedback, and support care planning.

• Apply care-management principles to connect patients with appropriate community resources and referrals.

• Utilize brief psychotherapy techniques and lead group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and charting in accordance with clinical and medical standards.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from an accredited School of Social Work.

• Experience in medical settings such as primary care, hospitals, or community clinics, particularly within integrated behavioral health models.

• Skilled in providing time-limited, solution-focused therapy.

• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches including motivational interviewing and CBT for common conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology and behavioral medicine.

• Strong consultation, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and a collaborative team dynamic.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and care coordination is highly desirable.
