Halo PSA Architect (plus IT support)

HaloPSA Implementation and Customization expert

We are in the process of implementing HaloPSA to enhance our service management capabilities, and we need a dedicated architect to manage its configuration and ongoing administration. We’re seeking someone with in-depth experience in HaloPSA configuration and administration. End-user knowledge will not be considered in lieu of system configuration and administration experience. Responsibilities

• Customize workflows, automation rules, and service request types to align with business needs.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and manage system backups and updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.
• Proven experience with HaloPSA configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and workflows.
• Proven experience in creating customized workflows and automation in HaloPSA.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving HaloPSA system issues.
• Experience with integrating HaloPSA with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, accounting software).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train technical and non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
