What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Laborer position at Prestressed Concrete Construction?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and requirements:
- Must be 18 years old to apply.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- One year experience in a production environment is preferred; we are willing to train.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, compressed air tools, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision at times.
- Must have a good attendance record and be passionate about working in a safe manner.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Position Description:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
- Schedule: 10-hour shift
- Ability to commute/relocate: Newton, KS 67114: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
