This position extends beyond traditional marketing execution. The Senior Marketing Manager serves as a relationship-driven strategist who aligns brand positioning, clinical value, and operational workflows to support consistent referral growth, professional education, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Healthcare Marketing and Partnerships
- Develop and execute healthcare marketing strategies that support referral growth through long-term partnerships
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical leaders
- Build structured referral ecosystems that promote consistent, compliant, and mutually beneficial collaboration
Partnership and Co-Branding Initiatives
- Lead co-branded marketing initiatives, joint education programs, and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal leadership and clinical teams to ensure messaging aligns with services, outcomes, and patient experience
- Support partner organizations with marketing tools, education, and shared initiatives to strengthen collaboration
Continuing Education and Professional Development Initiatives
- Design, develop, and support continuing education programs for hospital staff, long-term care staff, and healthcare partners
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to develop compliant, relevant educational content related to lymphedema and compression care
- Partner with healthcare organizations to deliver in-person and virtual CE courses
- Ensure all educational initiatives meet accreditation, compliance, and documentation requirements

Relationship Management and Market Presence
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to external partners and referral sources

- Monitor healthcare market trends, referral patterns, and competitive activity
