Job Description:
Content Management for walmart.com and samsclub.com
- DCAL Maintenance – adding new items to the catalog, working with CSEs to remove deleted items.
- Content Quality Updates – Ensure all items in the catalog achieve a 96% content quality score
- Troubleshooting –
- Work with content team to manually update any items that failed on their end or that have any issues on .com
- File tickets in the Walmart system for various reasons such as incorrect Product Types, Unpublished items, help with system errors.
- Timeline management –
- Ensuring that all items are above the 96% content threshold 8 weeks before mod set (Seasons & EVD).
- Collaborates with sales team and the content team to ensure deliverable of timelines
