Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of a 55 active adult multifamily property
- Foster a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for residents
- Manage leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff and vendors
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety regulations
- Coordinate resident events and lifestyle programming
- Organize and schedule with contractors renovation projects
- Proven experience managing multifamily properties (3 years preferred)
- Prior experience with 55 or senior living communities strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
- Ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
- Passion for creating a vibrant, active adult lifestyle
- Rehab experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
