Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations quickly
