Call Center Agent/ Sales Specialist - (Hourly / Commission / Set Schedule)

We are looking to fill a full time position.

Retention Bonus: $250.00 paid after 90 days of employment, $500.00 after 9 months’ employment.

Here at the Price Self Storage Call Center, we are looking for energetic, outgoing self-starters who have excellent sales and customer service skills. Our sales specialists must build immediate rapport with potential customers and help direct them to the right sized self-storage unit & facility for their needs. Our Specialists must be friendly, personable, professional and, above all, place the customers’ needs first.

Call Center and inbound sales experience not required! We train from within!

Skills and Qualifications:

Working in a call center, you will answer calls from existing and potential customers. You will assist with service inquiries and contribute to the overall profitability by meeting sales and service goals

· Communicate courteously with all customers by telephone

· Address the needs of the customer and ensure satisfaction

· Answer all customer inquiries and provide accurate and effective responses

· Demonstrate proficiency and agility with adapting, utilizing and navigating new and rapidly changing technologies and applications

· Recognize opportunities to cross sell services and products. Contribute to team and individual goals

· Good communication, both written and verbal

· Professional and Sales driven with a can-do attitude

· Computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications. Typing skills at minimum 30-40 wpm

· Multi-tasker with a problem-solving mentality

· Excellent attendance and reliability required

· Proven ability to continually learn and understand changing job-related policies and procedures, Company products, services and promotions in an efficient manner

Requirements:

· This position may require the employee to sit, talk or listen for long periods

· Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday

· Available to work weekends & Holidays as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• sales: 2 years (Preferred)
