Cleaning Technician

Pride Care Cleaning Services is looking for reliable , punctual, detail-oriented,energetic cleaning technician to join our janitorial team! We are currently hiring for multiple shifts, including weekday daytime portering and weekend day and evening positions. Must have reliable transportation.

Available Positions & Schedules:

*Weekday Porter -Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m-2:00 p.m (must have clean background check)

*Weekend Cleaning Technician* (must be available to work Saturday&Sunday)

-Saturday 5:00p.m -9:00p.m

-Sunday Daytime Porter 7:00 a.m-2:00 p.m

-Sunday Night Cleaning Technician 5:00 p.m-9:00 p.m

As a janitorial cleaning technician, you will provide cleaning services in local schools, churches and special events. Your role is vital in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for students, staff, and congregants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial and portering duties (sweeping, mopping , trash removal, restroom cleaning and upkeep, surface disinfecting)
• Clean restrooms, classrooms, offices, sanctuary and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of area assigned, restock supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
• Follow company cleaning standards safety procedures and schedules
• Communicate professionally with team leads and clients
• Ensure safety and hygiene at all times
• Represent Pride Care professionally at all times

Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Thoroughly cleans and inspects all areas to ensure a spotless and sanitary environment.
• Time Management: Efficiently completes tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality.
• Surface Cleaning: Proficient in dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down all surfaces, including floors, windows, walls, and furniture.
• Restroom Sanitation: Deep cleans and disinfects restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors,vents and fixtures, and restocking supplies.
• Trash & Waste Disposal: Removes trash safely and responsibly, following sanitation and recycling guidelines.
• Disinfecting Protocols: Uses proper chemicals and follows safety standards to eliminate germs and viruses, especially in high-touch areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
