Pay rate: $24 -$25/hr

Shift: Day shift CST 7:15 am to 3:45 pm

Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist I serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience:

• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
