Hourly Wage Range: $17.50 - $19.00

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To ensure the accuracy of product inventory maintained by the Material Handling Department

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments  

•Investigate any issues, including but not limited to inventory gain, loss, Engineering Changes or mislabeled parts 

•Act as direct liaison between Material Handling and other internal departments

•Perform follow-up on back orders and expedite delivery of orders to other departments

•Review requisitions and generate, validate and act upon various materials and inventory management system reports that monitor Supply and Demand needs

•Coordinate and prioritize the Orders Pull System generated through inventory management systems to support business needs

•Process receipts for facility expenses

•Prioritize orders generated through inventory management systems 

•Verify container seal tracking logs for accuracy against physical seals

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training 

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations 

•Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times 

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, organized, detail-oriented, and honest 

 

Must have the ability to:

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment 

•Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs

 

Must have: 

•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word

•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel

•Good verbal and written communication skills 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred 

•Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel preferred

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of experience inputting, tracking, summarizing and reporting on information maintained in information management systems or spreadsheets

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or production environment using inventory management systems preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
