Pay can range anywhere from $60,000 and up, with the average pay for Service Managers at our shop being $100,000. You will work Monday-Friday. You will have benefits such as no weekend hours, ongoing training, and the chance to drive our top-notch company vehicles.

- 10 years of experience

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service experiences, and responding to warranty-related issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and train new employees, organize and coordinate the workflow of our service technicians, and maintain staffing levels to meet our business needs. As a problem solver and a multitasker, you will thrive in this role as you prioritize tasks, delegate work when necessary, and monitor employee performance to ensure our team is delivering exceptional results. You will also be responsible for managing a budget and coordinating with other departments, particularly our office staff, to streamline operations and ensure efficient service delivery. Compliance with safety regulations is of utmost importance, and as a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team adheres to these regulations. Additionally, you will have the authority to approve labor and material quotes for clients, ensuring our pricing is competitive and fair.
